This Christmas, gather around the table at Mimi’s Restaurant at Cooinda Lodge for a festive feast inspired by the flavours and stories of Kakadu. Expect all the Christmas favourites, with a distinctly Australian twist.

🦐 Ocean-fresh seafood, including oysters, prawns and Moreton Bay bugs
🍖 Slow-roasted meats and shared platters, including wattleseed-rubbed beef sirloin, native apple-glazed ham and turkey with rosella glaze
🌿 Native-inspired sides featuring wattleseed, native rosemary and river mint
🥭 Tropical pavlova, native lime panna cotta and native red apple & rhubarb crumble
