Meet Mandy Muir

Mandy is a descendant of the Murumburr people and is also connected to the Wardaman people of the Katherine region. Her mother Jessie Alderson is a traditional owner and community leader in Kakadu. Mandy is a passionate and inspiring member of our local community and is leading the way in tourism for future generations to maintain and develop traditional knowledge. If you join us for a Yellow Water Cruise chances are you will have the privilege of getting to know Mandy and learn some amazing history and knowledge about the UNESCO Heritage World Listed Kakadu National Park.
