We're pleased to announce that the newly-refurbished Warradjan Aboriginal Cultural Centre has re-opened!

Alongside a well-deserved spring clean, the cultural centre received a new roof, replacement of the air conditioning system, and a toilet facilities upgrade that included a new coat of paint and a redesign to comply with the AS14.28 disability access code.

The Warradjan Aboriginal Cultural Centre will be open from 9.00am - 3.00 pm until April when hours will be extended.

No trip to Kakadu is complete without a visit to this great year-round itinerary stop for tour operators and free and independent travellers alike.

Twenty minutes from the Burrungkuy (Nourlangie) art site, visitors will enjoy exploring the extensive exhibit – understanding the complicated kinship laws, reading traditional owners’ stories of growing up in Kakadu and seeing tools, message sticks and artworks.

Local art and handicrafts are available to purchase, and we look forward to welcoming you back to Warradjan.
