Local Bininj chef Ben Tyler, founder of Kakadu Kitchen, in collaboration with Executive chef Phil Foote and Kakadu Tourism present an exploration of celebrating Kunumelleng seasonal bush tucker. A four course fully indigenous menu and paired beverages, a star presentation and didgeridoo playing. Ben Tyler, a proud Bininj man from Murdudjurl, Patonga Homestead, a remote Indigenous family community on Murumburr country in central Kakadu National Park, NT, Australia, located just fifteen minutes from Cooinda Lodge.
