Local Bininj chef Ben Tyler, founder of Kakadu Kitchen, in collaboration with Executive chef Phil Foote and Kakadu Tourism present an exploration of celebrating each of the six seasons of Kakadu bush tucker. A four course fully indigenous menu, a star presentation and didgeridoo playing. Ben Tyler, a proud Bininj man from Murdudjurl, Patonga Homestead, a remote Indigenous family community on Murumburr country in central Kakadu National Park, NT, Australia, located just fifteen minutes from Cooinda Lodge.
